On our own initiative, we had an independent past performance evaluation completed in April of 2008. This formal evaluation completed by Open Ratings, Inc. a company affiliated with Dun & Bradstreet, used input from ten of our recent clients (representatives from the Albuquerque District corps of Engineers, International Boundary and Water Commission, NM State Engineers Office, Indian Health Service, and others) to establish a measure of satisfaction clients have in our; service, business relations, cost, delivery timeliness, quality, responsiveness, and reliability. Our composite score was a 92 out of a possible 100 indicates a high degree of customer satisfaction. We take great pride in this score and clearly understand the importance of meeting and exceeding the customer’s expectation.
